Privacy Policy
1. Processing of Personal Data
1.1 Nature, Scope, and Purpose
We process only the personal data necessary to provide our services in a continuous, secure, and reliable manner. This data may fall into the following categories: staff and contact details, browsing and device data, content data, metadata or ancillary data, usage data, location data, as well as sales, contract, and payment data.
The duration of personal data processing is determined by the fulfillment of the intended purpose or by applicable law. Once no longer required, personal data is either anonymized or deleted.
We particularly process the information voluntarily and personally provided when individuals contact us, whether by mail, email, contact form, social media, or telephone. This information may be stored, for example, in an address book or similar tools. If you provide us with personal data concerning third parties, you are responsible for ensuring their data protection and accuracy.
Personal data from job applications is only processed to the extent necessary to assess suitability for employment or to fulfill a subsequent employment contract. Required personal information for the application process depends on the requested or provided data, particularly within the context of a job posting. Applicants may also provide additional information voluntarily.
1.2 Processing of Personal Data by Third Parties, in Switzerland and Abroad
We may entrust third parties with the processing of personal data, work with them, or transfer such data to them. These third parties include service providers we rely on. We are committed to ensuring adequate data protection with these providers.
These third parties are mainly located in Switzerland and the European Economic Area (EEA), but may also be based in other countries. This is permissible provided their data protection laws are deemed adequate by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). Otherwise, adequate protection may be ensured through appropriate contractual agreements, such as standard contractual clauses, or by recognized certifications.
2. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure data security, particularly during processing.
Access to our website is secured through encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS, via HTTPS), usually indicated by a padlock symbol in most browsers.
3. Information on Cookies
We may use cookies on our website. Cookies—whether our own (first-party cookies) or those from third parties used through our services—are stored in your browser. Please note they cannot execute programs or transmit malware.
When you visit our website, cookies may be temporarily stored in your browser as “session cookies” or retained for a certain period as “persistent cookies.”
Cookies can be disabled or deleted, wholly or partly, at any time via your browser settings. Where required, we actively request your explicit consent for the use of cookies.
The list of all cookies used, including their duration and description, can be accessed anytime via the floating cookie icon at the bottom left of your screen. You can also adjust your consent preferences there.
4. Performance and Reach Measurement
We use Google Analytics to analyze website usage and measure reach, as well as the performance of third-party links pointing to our site. This service is provided by Google LLC (USA). For users in the EEA and Switzerland, responsibility lies with Google Ireland Limited.
Google also attempts to track individual visitors across browsers and devices (“cross-device tracking”) using cookies. While IP addresses are required, they are generally not combined with other data by Google. In all cases, Google anonymizes your IP address before analysis, meaning your full IP address is usually not transferred to the United States.
For further details on the nature, scope, and purpose of data processing, please consult Google’s Politique de confidentialité de Google.
5. Third-Party Services
We work with third-party services to provide our solution in a sustainable, secure, and reliable manner.
These services also enable the integration of various content on our site. Providers (e.g., hosting, storage, video, payment services) may require your IP address to deliver the requested content. Some may be based outside Switzerland and the EEA, but we ensure adequate data protection measures are in place.
