Nexstone is an independent Swiss company specialising in property management, condominium ownership, property presentation and brokerage. Based in the canton of Vaud, in La Tour-de-Peilz, we support owners with proximity, rigour and transparency.

USPI certified and active for more than 9 years in real estate, Stefano Orsino has worked as a condominium administrator, property manager and technical manager in large agencies as well as in a more family-sized structure.
Nexstone was born from a simple observation: owners need a more available, clearer and more local agency for their properties.
